Successful people don’t waste time to justify
failure .They
accept failure and immediately restart their new success
journey.
Successful people have some special traits &
habits. Their
way of approaching a particular situation is different than the
rest. Rejection is devastating for everyone.
Most of the
successful people have had to go through tough times in
their
life. Not everyone has achieved success in their first attempt.
Successful people don’t look at failure as a
roadblock & the
end of their world. They analyze their work and learn from
their mistakes. They ask the right questions
How can I make this work?
What different approach is needed to get this idea
working?
They are very passionate about their work. Passion
gives
them the energy & motivation needed to think about new and
new ideas,
but also to execute the ideas. Passion gives them
the energy to analyze their
mistakes and move ahead in life.
They
don’t wait for things to happen on their own but take
steps, be it small ones
to work towards their goal. For
successful people failure is just a learning
experience. For
some people if things don’t work as they had expected they
easily give up on their dreams. If they are not passionate
enough about their
work they might not be motivated enough
to go on till the end.
Successful people are very much focused on their
goals so
they don’t get bothered by criticism or others opinion. There
are a
lot of examples in the world of people who had to face
failure after failure
until they achieved success.
1.
HENRY
FORD:
Ford Company is known the world
over for its amazing cars
today, but Henry Ford was not an immediate success.
His
earlier business failed resulting in his bankruptcy 5 times
before he
founded the successful Ford Motor Company.
2.
BILL
GATES:
He dropped out of Harvard
University to start his first
business called Traf-O-Data with his friend Paul Allen.
While
this business failed his later work created the global empire
that is
Microsoft.
3.
OPRAH
WINFREY:
She was fired from her first job as
an anchor because she got
emotionally involved with news that she reported. Today
she
is a billionaire with her own TV channel and also known as
one of the most influential
person of the 20th century.
There is no short cut to success. Hard work,
perseverance,
passion are a few qualities that you need to be successful.
Work
on something that you are passionate about, focus on
your goals & be
persistent.
Success will be yours!
Last year, Oprah reflected on her
experiences during a
Harvard commencement speech:
“There is no such thing as
failure. Failure is just life
trying to move us in another direction.”
