Benefits of Professional Speaking

During my research on important life skills,
I came across following benefits of professional speaking.
I’m sharing that with you because they are helpful for you to know.

Public speaking is the self-esteem booster and empowering.
Connecting with audiences can be a great reminder that you have valuable insights and opinions to share with the world.

Many people have a phobia of public speaking.
Jerry Seinfeld put it this way: “According to most studies, people’s number one fear is public speaking.
Number two is death.
Death is number two. Does that sound right?
Even though public speaking can be scary, it is possible to succeed in spite of these fears–with preparation and practice.”

Preparing a speech will force you to re-evaluate the way you communicate and re-examine your speaking habits.

When you write a speech, you have to think carefully about the best organizational framework, persuasive strategy, and language to communicate your message to the audience.
This type of thinking can help you improve your communication skills in other areas of your life.
The process of writing a speech will exercise and strengthen your critical thinking skills, from the research to the actual speech-drafting.

Success in public speaking indicates creativity, critical thinking skills, leadership abilities, poise, and professionalism–qualities which are very valuable for the job market.

Public speaking is a great way to bring your message to a wider audience.
It can be very satisfying to share something that matters to you with people outside your usual social circle.

Public speaking can bring like-minded professionals together to share ideas. These engagements are great networking opportunities!
Public speaking engagements are great places to meet other people who share your interests. You can also make new social connections.
All the Best and Stay in Touch.

Our Life now a days, is full of distractions.

Many times while running around in busy life we lose the focus on our goals.

Many times we feel guilty and disappointed about that.

Here are the 5 things you can do to Stay Laser Focused on you Goals:

1) Remind yourself about your goals EVERY Morning. Your Morning sets the tone for the rest of your day.

2) Don't focus on Many, Just focus on Top 3 Goals which will have HUGE impact of your life.

3) Keep reminders to trigger you about your goals.
(a) A Picture on your Bedroom wall or your office wall or near your desk
(b) Your Mobile Screen background
(c) Your Computer's Desktop Background
(d) Your Log in Passwords etc.

4) Make a Diary to Keep the Track. Just a simple Tick in the diary before you go to sleep will remind you about your goals.

Clarity in Life

Total Read Time : Less than 2 Minutes

Some times in our lifetime we all look for clarity.

Are you struggling to find clarity in life?
Well you’re not alone.

Let’s face it, life can be a complicated affair, overwhelming for many, and at some time or another we all face questions like:
“What is my purpose in life?”
“How do I deal with this difficult situation?”
“What choice should I make next?”
“What if I make the wrong decision?”

It’s very easy to get lost in the mental process of trying to figure out how to deal with life.

If you’ve ever been faced with a tough decision you’ll know that it can be hard to avoid getting caught up in continuous thinking, calculating, worrying and second guessing.

Here are 3 ways you can get the clarity  you want:
1) Spend some time aloneeveryday (Even if its 10 Minutes). Give time to yourself.
2) Meditate often (Starting with once a week and gradually increasing to more days in a week)
3) Visualise your own success in your mind on regular basis.

These 3 simple ways will help you get the clarity in your life. Try it Yourself.

All the Best and Stay in Touch.
